DaziT entails profound changes for many employees: more flexibility, more mobility, more digitalisation and more responsibility – and often in newly formed teams. The FOCBS's evolution to become the FOCBS thus involves a transformation of the organisational culture as well. The cultural transformation is a long-term process and is based on five shared values that were defined in a dialogue between management and employees. Employees and managers will be supported by awareness-building measures, practical tools for everyday use, selective training and guidance.
