The app isn't working. What should I do?

For example:

  • Unable to scan transit documents
  • Telephone has no battery/reception/roaming
  • Other technical problems

How can I add or delete T1/T2 transit documents (MRN)?

Before you start your journey, i.e. before you send the data: you can make as many corrections as you like.
