You have two options:
1. Immediate transmission via the Via portal
First check whether the ticket is still available in the via portal e-vignette.ch. This is only possible if you are using the same browser as when you purchased the ticket and have not deleted the cookies.
Procedure:
- Check the ticket area in the Via webshop
- If the ticket is displayed: Follow the instructions for self-change
- For "No tickets found": The change in the portal is not possible, check variant 2 (see below)
2. With the "Receipt - Via" (via the application form)
When you ordered your e-vignette, you received an e-mail with the "Receipt - Via (PDF, 97 kB, 27.08.2024)". If you still have this document, you can request a change by completing the following form and sending the "Receipt - Via":

It may take several working days to process your request. The change will take effect as soon as you receive confirmation of the change.
3. Documents required:
You need the following documents (in electronic form) to prove that it is the same vehicle and the same owner:
- The old vehicle registration document (with the old licence plate). If you no longer have the old vehicle licence, other proof is required (e.g. an insurance certificate).
- The new vehicle registration document (with the new number plate).
Important: If you no longer have a ticket in the via portal or a "Receipt - Via", a transfer is not possible.
