In order to be able to investigate the infringement, we need evidence (link or file indicating the time/date/location of the finding).
Please note that in the event of proceedings, we must grant access to the file in accordance with Art. 36 VStrR (SR313) and Art. 26-28 VwVG (SR172.021). To protect your personal data, you have the option of making your report anonymously.

Only data with a total volume of 17 MB can be sent by e-mail. If you would like to send us media (e.g. videos or audios) or larger files, please inform us in advance by e-mail: alkohol@bazg.admin.ch. We will then send you an invitation to register with the Confederation's file transfer service (www.filetransfer.admin.ch).
