- incite misdemeanours, crime, hate or violence;
- contain personal attacks, or offensive, threatening, discriminatory or pornographic content or depictions of violence;
- threaten the health or personal safety of others;
- contain advertising;
- have obviously been automatically generated (spam);
- are off-topic and posted repeatedly;
- are obviously false, posted repeatedly and are aimed at spreading disinformation;
- are not written in an official language of Switzerland, Swiss German or English.
In addition, comments that constitute an offence liable to ex officio prosecution may be re-ported to the police. Examples of such comments are discrimination on the grounds of race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation, and incitements to hatred and violence.
If a very large number of comments is posted at once, comments may temporarily be auto-matically moderated and deleted.
We reserve the right to block users on the relevant social media platform for a maximum of two years in the event of comments that constitute a particularly serious breach of the rules, or in the event of multiple comments that can be removed.
